Take on a challenging role as a Senior Broker within Marsh's Casualty Placement team. Based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal, this hybrid position combines strategic placement and client engagement, requiring three days in the office.

As a part of a dynamic team, your expertise in casualty risk will enable you to direct innovative placement solutions for complex portfolios. Build solid relationships with carriers and assess insurance market trends to inform clients effectively. Access Marsh's resources and engage in mentoring to enhance your capabilities as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategic approaches for client retention and service
• Cultivate relationships with key carriers and underwriters
• Audit commission structures based on client guidance




• Monitor developments in the insurance market
• Ensure execution of contracts for high-complexity accounts

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in casualty risk management (10+ years)
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of casualty risk
• Required Broker Licenses (Level 2 recommended)
• Experience with multinational accounts
• Awareness of evolving market conditions
