Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessment and evaluation of youth mental health
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on strength-based models
• Assist in creating management programs for adolescent groups




• Train youth in life skills through structured programs
• Manage psychiatric crises and assess mental states effectively

Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work with active OACYC membership
• Certification in First Aid & CPR, HCP level preferred
• Experience with youth with developmental and eating disorders
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and family counseling
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving abilities
