In your role, you will take charge of managing backup operations and ensuring enterprise data is governed effectively. Your technical leadership in backup technologies, alongside collaboration with various stakeholders, will enhance organizational resilience and regulatory compliance. You will focus on implementing best practices in data classification and recovery procedures, making significant contributions to the company’s data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer backup and recovery services across cloud platforms
• Conduct disaster recovery planning and testing
• Identify and mitigate data protection incidents
• Monitor data governance compliance and metrics
• Support improvement of operational processes with automation
Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in data governance or backup strategies
• Proficiency in Veeam, Commvault, and cloud environments
• Strong background in data compliance and stewardship
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or similar tools
• Relevant industry certifications preferred
