Become the key driver of clinical technology at TFP as the Digital Implementation Lead. This role focuses on implementing clinical systems, EMRs, and digital tools across multiple sites.

In this standalone function reporting to the SVP Technology, you will manage all aspects of clinical system implementations. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, your expertise will help optimize existing deployments and streamline new clinic onboardings. Your role ensures the technology aligns seamlessly with the needs of clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical digital tool rollout and EMR implementations
• Develop an effective implementation playbook for clinics
• Track progress and readiness for go-live events




• Manage integration and vendor accountability
• Facilitate hands-on training for clinic teams

Requirements:
• 5+ years in digital health adoption and implementation
• Proven EMR and clinical systems leadership experience
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Experience with multi-site clinical settings
• Exposure to SaaS and digital health platforms
