Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and prepare actionable client reports

• Support clients facing dietary issues, such as palliative care
• Enhance care quality through knowledge sharing and training

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Access to a vehicle with a valid Driver’s License
• Compassionate, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Skilled in virtual care and electronic documentation
