Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalated production issues in a timely manner
• Support critical SOD/EOD and intraday batch processing
• Provide application support for COBOL, DB2, and CICS




• Coordinate change management to reduce business impact
• Prepare management summaries and incident reports

Requirements:
• Experience with Unix, Oracle, and Autosys
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like ITRS, Grafana
• Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Solid understanding of mainframe application support
