Carleton University is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for Planning, Design, and Construction. In this full time role, you will apply your skills in project management and leadership to enhance program delivery.

This position involves managing complex projects and ensuring high operational performance across multiple programs. Your expertise in stakeholder management, cost estimation, and risk strategies will be critical to achieving program goals. Collaborating with specialists and understanding campus culture are vital for seamless integration and efficiency of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational performance of PDC Programs
• Manage program lifecycle from initiation to steady-state
• Develop detailed project schedules




• Implement cost-saving measures during various project phases
• Conduct safety training and enforce safety practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of seven years in program management
• Experience with high-visibility programs and budgeting
• Strong leadership and risk management skills
• Unionized environment experience is a plus
