As a key member of the team in this 12-month contract, you will be responsible for estimating work and overseeing commercial restoration projects across Central Canada. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Outlook. Effective communication will be essential to keep clients informed and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project scoping and estimating processes
• Coordinate team schedules for project success




• Provide quality inspections throughout projects
• Communicate clearly with clients and adjusters
• Address and resolve project-related complaints

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' project management experience
• Experience in restoration or commercial contracting
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the year
• Knowledge of project scheduling software is a plus
• Clean criminal record and driving abstract
