Reporting to the Sales and Operations Planning Manager, this Senior Demand Planner role focuses on developing accurate demand plans and coaching junior planners. You will influence key S&OP; processes to ensure inventory health and revenue alignment. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in energetic manufacturing scenarios, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own rolling demand forecasting for the department
• Lead demand planning discussions with Sales and Product teams
• Conduct root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracies
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes
• Represent demand planning in all S&OP; sessions

Requirements:
• 5+ years in demand planning and analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or similar
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Office skills required
