As a key member, you will utilize your electrical engineering background and substantial RF design expertise to evaluate, design, and test state-of-the-art components. Your role encompasses supervising engineering teams, preparing contracts, and shaping operational standards for high-performance electronic systems, ensuring projects meet strict specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research performance and design of electronic systems
• Create material cost estimates and detailed reports
• Design high-frequency RF components, particularly above 10GHz




• Supervise installation/operation of electronic systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering required
• 5 years of RF design experience
• Hands-on circuit design and testing experience
• Proficient with electromagnetic theory and software tools
• Solid understanding of waveguide and analog circuitry
