As an Experienced Engineering Manager, Studies, you'll lead teams through conceptual, preliminary, and execution phases of diverse mining and industrial projects at WSP. This role combines technical leadership with strategic project management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure consistency and technical excellence in deliverables

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mining or Mechanical
• P.Eng. designation in a Canadian province
• 15+ years in engineering within the resource sector
• Strong leadership experience with diverse teams
• Knowledge of engineering governance and quality systems
