The role focuses on delivering evidence-based diagnostic assessments and interventions tailored to individuals referred by Veterans Affairs Canada, RCMP, and DND. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, lead educational activities, and engage in research aimed at improving client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create reports
• Develop and deliver psychological interventions to clients
• Analyze standardized assessment tools for tracking progress
• Mentor psychology trainees and supervise clinical practice
• Engage in program evaluation and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Doctorate from a CPA/APA Accredited Clinical Psychology Program
• Must be registered with the College of Psychologists
• Five years of clinical mental health experience required
• Training in various evidence-based therapies mandatory
• Proven experience in interdisciplinary service delivery
