Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recovery community aligning operational strategies with RSG’s mission
• Ensure effective day-to-day operations and program enhancements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care




• Cultivate a psychologically safe workplace workplace
• Manage compliance with all applicable standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership in addiction services
• Familiarity with the Therapeutic Community model
• Proven excellence in operational leadership
• Must travel to various RSG locations
