Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project execution
• Gather pricing for supplies and manage procurement
• Help in preparing project estimates and proposals




• Organize permits and schedule subcontractor work
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and orientations on site

Requirements:
• University/college degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of operations or facilities management experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of construction industry practices
• Must hold a valid G driver's license and obtain TSC clearance
