We are looking for skilled mechanics who can independently tackle problems in a dynamic field environment. You’ll work primarily on forklifts and other material handling equipment, diagnosing issues using specialized tools and ensuring high-quality repairs. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction by providing timely service and support to diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in forklifts
• Manage service calls and travel schedules
• Deliver high-quality customer service on-site
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to
• Maintain a tidy and operation-ready service setting

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years experience in mechanics
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and manuals
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
