Key Responsibilities:
• Direct long-range planning activities including optimization studies
• Maintain effective planning models and scenario analyses




• Communicate mine planning strategies within the team
• Train and guide junior technical staff in long-range planning
• Collaborate across operational and technical teams for project success

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering with ten years of progressive experience
• Registration with Engineers and Geoscientists B.C. is preferred
• Proficient in mine design scheduling technologies
• Robust strategic thinking and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
