Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Information Systems services
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency




• Review and act on technical specifications
• Install, test, and troubleshoot software versions
• Liaise with end users for problem resolution

Requirements:
• Proven experience with KBM development and support
• Robust skills in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
• Bilingual in French and English
• In-depth knowledge of electrical parts manufacturing
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
