At UHN, we're looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work at West Park Healthcare Centre. This role includes providing comprehensive assessments, managing ventilation, and participating in educational efforts for patients and families. Your clinical judgment will be essential during high-stress situations such as Code Blue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage care for mechanically ventilated patients
• Conduct airway management and oxygen therapy assessments
• Address patient and family educational needs
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling
• Offer guidance and oversight to student trainees

Requirements:
• Accredited Respiratory Therapy program graduate
• Registration with CRTO essential
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the field
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills
