Dynacast is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and program launches. This role combines hands-on engineering and project leadership, focusing on customer communications, contract negotiations, and logistical planning. By collaborating across departments, you will support recent program initiatives and resolve complex technical challenges while striving for continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop APQP documentation for new manufacturing programs
• Lead the program lifecycle from prototype to production
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding program status
• Troubleshoot technical challenges with root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• At least 5 years in relevant program management
• Previous experience with die cast or injection molding preferred
