Reporting to the Manager of Facilities Operations, this pivotal role involves overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines. You will supervise staff, manage programs, and coordinate with various service areas and contractors to maintain corporate facilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff and contracted services for maintenance tasks
• Oversee daily operations of corporate facilities
• Develop and implement health and safety policies




• Train staff and monitor compliance with procedures
• Coordinate maintenance tasks impacting facility availability

Requirements:
• Completion of a three-year Community College program
• Minimum of five years managing people and projects
• Knowledge of project management techniques
• Valid Class G Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
