Effective documentation and processing of physician orders form the core of your responsibilities, ensuring seamless medical care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to residents' needs
• Supervise nursing staff and guide daily activities




• Lead shift reports and communicate changes efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation in resident charts
• Ensure timely processing of physician's orders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with nursing regulations and standards
• Registration with provincial nursing body required
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
