This full-time pharmacist position requires a graduate from a recognized School of Pharmacy who is eligible for registration with the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator. You will engage in multidisciplinary care, counseling patients, and mentoring students while participating in clinical pharmacy research. Strong teaching and communication skills are a must to thrive in this collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer direct pharmaceutical care to patients
• Engage in medication monitoring and patient counseling




• Mentor pharmacy students and participate in education
• Lead drug utilization reviews and clinical research efforts
• Liaise with community pharmacists for comprehensive care

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited pharmacy program
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-related patient care experience
• BLS certification required
• Experience in critical appraisal of literature
• Competent communication skills and teamwork
