Support Alberta's student-athletes as a Development Officer for Athletics in a hybrid role. Engage with alumni and stakeholders to enhance fundraising for the Dean of Students.

This role invites you to lead donor engagement efforts by managing 80-100 prospective donor relationships. Reporting to the Development Manager of Athletics, you will be instrumental in building strong connections that translate to philanthropic support. By collaborating with Athletics and University Development, you will facilitate significant donor-facing projects and ensure successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of prospective donors
• Build collaborative relationships with athletics and stakeholders
• Engage with alumni, students, and university faculty




• Oversee donor-focused initiatives and projects
• Communicate with senior executives and volunteers

Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising and donor management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of athletics fundraising practices
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment
• Proven relationship-building capabilities with wide-ranging audiences
