Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient-centered nursing care in a surgical environment • Manage IV therapy and complex wound care including VAC dressings • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care effectively • Advocate for patient needs and safety throughout their care • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements: • Accredited nursing education program completion • Active CRNA registration or eligibility • BCLS-HCP certification • One year of trauma and surgical nursing experience • Proficiency in specific nursing procedures and protocols
