Agency: Critical Mass Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Media Planning and BuyingJob DescriptionCritical Mass is hiring a Senior Media Manager, Performance Planning to join our growing team. As the Senior Media Manager, Performance Planning, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing performance-driven media plans across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on translating strategic direction into actionable media executions that drive measurable business results.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage multi-channel media plans across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and emerging channelsTranslate strategic direction into detailed media recommendations and activation plansSupport budget allocation, forecasting, and campaign structuringEnsure plans align with audience insights and business KPIsMonitor campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion goalsPartner with activation teams to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and executionIdentify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mixSupport testing initiatives and performance reportingManage day-to-day client communication and reporting needsPresent campaign updates and performance insightsCollaborate with Analysts, Planners, and Activation teams to ensure alignmentSupport junior team members and contribute to best practicesRequirements4-7 years of media planning or performance marketing experienceExperience with digital platforms including Paid Search, Paid Social, and ProgrammaticUnderstanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA,
