Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional client service at the store service desk and cash desk, handling transactions and supporting in-store and e-commerce operations. This part time permanent role is based at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga and reports to the Customer Service Lead. The role supports client pickups, inter-store transfers, and maintains client information and loyalty files.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients and store associates at the cash desk
Perform daily cash handling including opening/closing registers and processing sales transactions
Bag and tissue purchased products and answer store phones
Maintain the service desk and update client information files, including loyalty program membership




Assist with inter-store transfers, e-commerce requests, shipments, and in-store pickup for online purchases

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a client-facing service desk role preferred
Solid service orientation with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Detail oriented with demonstrated interest in retail technology
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
Solid multitasking and communication skills, able to calmly assist customers during busy periods
