Join the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as Chief Financial Officer and lead critical financial and operational initiatives. This role combines finance expertise with strategic leadership across IT and facilities.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will guide financial planning, audits, and compliance while supporting the Executive Team and Board of Trustees. You will ensure that the Museum's resources align with strategic priorities, driving operational efficiencies and fostering partnerships with government and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct finance, IT, and facility operations with strategic oversight
• Collaborate with the Executive Team and Board on financial matters
• Ensure effective budgeting, financial reporting, and audits




• Translate complex information for non-financial stakeholders
• Lead IT systems improvements and manage internal services

Requirements:
• CPA designation with progressive senior leadership experience
• Solid financial planning and risk management skills
• Background in public sector or cultural institutions preferred
• Experience in leading teams and managing change
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
