In this full-time position, you will collaborate with the Claims Manager to guide claims from notice of loss to resolution. Your key tasks include investigating claims, preparing documentation, and providing support to diverse internal and external stakeholders. Utilize your analytical skills to develop actionable strategies and improve claims processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and report Notices of Loss to insurers
• Conduct investigations and analyze claims information
• Serve as a contact for clients and brokers
• Identify opportunities for improved claims processes
• Lead internal claims review meetings for performance monitoring

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of practical experience
• Expertise in the principles of claims investigation
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in RMIS systems
• Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
