Join CPKC as a Geotechnical Engineering Field Manager, located in Calgary, AB or Toronto, ON. This critical role focuses on geotechnical project leadership and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

In this position, you'll be responsible for planning and executing complex geotechnical projects impacting railway infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining secure operations and addressing geohazard incidents efficiently. Collaborating with various teams, you will manage both the immediate responses and long-term strategies for railway safety and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver real-time emergency responses to geohazards
• Conduct routine field inspections and rock slope assessments




• Coordinate comprehensive tunnel inspections
• Develop budgets for geohazard management
• Provide ongoing support for 24/7 operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields
• P.Eng for Canada or P.E for U.S
• Eight years of engineering experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and passport
