Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development and Partnership Coordinator role is based in North Vancouver, BC. The coordinator will support the growth of strategic partnerships with creators, businesses, and institutions, helping to expand Top Select Canada's presence in key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying partnership opportunities, coordinating outreach and follow-ups, and supporting contract discussions and onboarding activities. The role also involves collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to execute joint initiatives, track performance metrics, and ensure partners receive consistent communication and support.



The coordinator will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement of partnership processes.
Qualifications
Ability to build and manage Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships with business and institutional stakeholders.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication and confident, professional verbal interaction.
Project Management capabilities to coordinate multiple partnership initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
Sales-related skills to support lead generation, prospect qualification, and collaboration with the sales team.
Relevant post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Comfort working with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and interpreting basic performance data.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, with strong organization and follow-through.
Experience in technology distribution, e-commerce, or B2B environments is an asset.
