In this pivotal position, you will execute fire inspections compliant with the 2018 BC Fire Code while leading a dedicated team. Your role includes not only troubleshooting equipment but also guiding junior technicians and ensuring all documentation is completed effectively. Being proactive and detail-oriented will keep our operations running smoothly as you interact with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fire inspections as mandated by BC regulations
• Troubleshoot and repair fire safety systems
• Maintain accurate electronic inspection records
• Support the mentorship of junior fire technicians
• Engage in after-hours emergency rotation
Requirements:
• Certification as ASTTBC RFPT or CFAA Technician
• Valid BC Drivers License with abstract
• Solid electrical/electronics expertise
• Excellent communication in English
• Demonstrated industry competence and passion
