A well-established general contractor in Edmonton is seeking a Project Manager for ICI projects. Take ownership of project delivery and ensure success from preconstruction to completion.

In this full-time role, you'll manage your projects independently, handling contracts, change orders, and schedules while being the primary contact for clients and subcontractors. Strong leadership is key, supported by at least 5 years of ICI construction project management experience. Your educational background in Construction Management or Engineering will also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Lead site teams to ensure protected project progression




• Serve as the contact point for clients and consultants
• Identify risks and manage issues proactively

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in ICI project management
• Experience managing budgets and schedules independently
