Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per resident plans and physician’s orders

• Conduct assessments during admissions and status changes

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Strong judgment and risk identification abilities
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
