Serving as the Director of Operations, you will collaborate closely with Council and department heads to develop and execute departmental strategies across various sectors such as Culture, Health, and Education. Your leadership will motivate and mentor employees, fostering a vibrant workplace culture that aligns with WMFN's values and traditions. Engage with community members to strengthen relationships and enhance the Nation's service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive innovative programs with Council collaboration
• Execute departmental work plans with assigned managers




• Oversee budgeting and staffing requirements
• Mentor teams and encourage effective communication
• Enhance WMFN's credibility with public relationships

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in management within public service or First Nations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Public Administration
• Strong leadership and project management expertise
• Proficiency in communication and administrative tasks
• Ability to transparent necessary background checks
