Key Responsibilities:
• Create and own market entry strategies for key LATAM countries
• Forge partnerships with banks and fintech organizations
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

• Represent LemFi effectively in diverse markets

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in launching products in LATAM
• Robust understanding of compliance requirements in remittances
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value partnerships
• Comfortable in high-pressure, evolving environments
• Proficient in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
