As Director of Operations, you will guide initiatives that bolster community relations, ensuring successful departmental collaborations. Your strategic oversight will encompass budgeting, compliance, and productive program implementation. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant workplace culture and supporting WMFN’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Council on innovative program implementation
• Build community relations and share insights for development
• Manage daily operations while ensuring procedural compliance




• Create annual budgets and lead program administration
• Inspire and train staff to enhance workplace communication

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of management experience in First Nations service
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar
• Proven success in budgeting and team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and enthusiasm for First Nations culture
