In this Sales Manager position, you’ll lead and train a sales team of 5-8 professionals while owning monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Your experience will shape sales processes and strategies, ensuring performance metrics are met across various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Lead and train telesales teams across services




• Design end-to-end sales processes and enforce standards
• Build performance dashboards and forecasts in CRM
• Monitor performance metrics for target achievement

Requirements:
• 5+ years managing a sales team
• Strong background in consulting sales or related fields
• Fluent in funnel metrics and conversion rates
• CRM experience is an asset
