This role encompasses hands-on operation of metal 3D printing systems, ensuring efficient build cycles and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with engineers to refine processes and maintain high production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate metal 3D printing, managing full build cycles
• Document and refine build processes for multiple alloys
• Oversee powder management and safety protocols
• Conduct post-processing, inspection,
and quality assurance
• Perform equipment maintenance and workspace organization
Requirements:
• Certificate in Manufacturing Technology or equivalent
• 0-10+ years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing
• Knowledge of metal safety protocols and handling
• Capability to interpret engineering drawings
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
