Make a difference as a Rehabilitation Specialist at CBI Health in Calgary. This role focuses on guiding clients with traumatic brain injuries through their return-to-work journey through tailored approaches.

You will work in-person at our Chinook Clinic, where your goal is to help clients develop effective, evidence-informed plans that facilitate their transition back to work. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is crucial, as is continuous support and monitoring throughout the client’s rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop evidence-based individualized return-to-work strategies
• Provide education on the return-to-work process to clients
• Work together with an interdisciplinary team for successful outcomes




• Maintain communication with employers to support reintegration efforts
• Advocate for clients and monitor progress throughout rehabilitation

Requirements:
• Undergraduate or master's degree preferred
• Understanding of disability insurance and psychosocial rehabilitation
• Ability to build strong therapeutic client relationships
• Solid assessment and documentation skills required
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
