Drive policy and project initiatives with the MN Department of Natural Resources as a Natural Resources Acquisition Specialist. This full time role in St. Paul includes both field and telework opportunities.

As part of the Parks & Trails division, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating property acquisition projects. This position involves navigating natural terrains and extensive communication with teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement. Your background in natural resources management will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project coordination for parks and trails
• Manage acquisitions and development of recreation areas
• Create work plans and develop project proposals




• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive initiatives
• Ensure adherence to state policies and regulations

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in relevant field and two years' experience
• Knowledge of outdoor recreation management
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in technology for project management
• Clean Class D Driver's license required
