• Resolve EDI and billing discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in customer service or supply chain roles
• Background in manufacturing or distribution preferred
• Robust grasp of order fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with EDI and SAP systems
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
