In this permanent full-time role, you will manage product development for Private Label and Emerging Brands. This involves strategic leadership in technical processes and innovation, shaping the product pipeline while nurturing a high-performing team of food scientists. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing and Operations, and drive projects from ideation to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the new product development process from conception to production
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations on portfolio strategy




• Ensure adherence to food safety and sustainability goals
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
• Identify and develop partnerships with suppliers and co-manufacturers

Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in CPG R&D; or Technical Innovation
• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven experience in new product development
• Solid leadership skills and experience in food manufacturing
• Ability to travel as needed
