This position with Woodfibre Management Ltd. involves managing day-to-day facility operations in Squamish, BC. You'll be responsible for the supervision of maintenance staff and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining equipment readiness and site reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Supervise contractors and ensure performance adherence
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs




• Oversee safety compliance and emergency preparedness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations

Requirements:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in facilities management
• Journeyperson certification or equivalent experience
