In this role, under the asset manager's guidance, you’ll maximize production asset performance through reliability engineering. Focus on proactive strategies, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to improve safe and productive infrastructure operations. You will play a key role in driving Aquatera’s mission of delivering high-quality water, wastewater, and solid waste services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure safety
• Develop maintenance strategies with reliability-centered approaches
• Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
• Optimize CMMS programs for better performance
• Collaborate with various engineering and project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
• Three years of reliability engineering experience
• Experience with CMMS and RCFA
• Preferred certifications in maintenance reliability or project management
• Strong collaboration skills across departments
