In this role, you will conduct detailed analysis of specifications and contract documents, crucial for accurate estimates. With 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, your background in engineering or construction management will be essential. You will work alongside our estimating team to understand project requirements, monitor changes, and provide informed recommendations to minimize risk and optimize cost.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze proposal specifications and review scope of work
• Use historical data for accurate unit and person-hour estimates
• Advise on technical aspects of project risks




• Calculate material requirements from engineering dimensions
• Collaborate with the estimating team during project hand-off

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimation or cost control
• Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid Software
• Excellent technical writing abilities
• Understanding of alternative construction methods
