Moment Energy is seeking a Final Assembly Lead Hand to guide the production team in creating battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience as an Industrial Electrician, Millwright, or in heavy assembly. Your leadership will ensure safe operations, high-quality outputs, and adherence to manufacturing specifications across production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the assembly of large battery system enclosures
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for component handling
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards




• Perform End-of-Line testing and Factory Acceptance Testing
• Mentor technicians and apprentices for effective team development

Requirements:
• Valid Canadian Journeyperson certification or 7+ years’ experience
• Minimum of 5 years in heavy equipment or industrial assembly
• Proficient in electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Robust knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
• Leadership experience in manufacturing settings
