Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Monitor residents' health status and document findings
• Develop and implement care strategies with team members




• Ensure compliance with health records and documentation
• Lead training and mentorship for unregulated care providers

Requirements:
• Licensure with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• Three years of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR needed
• Police Record Check required for employment
• Ability to handle physical demands of nursing tasks
