As a critical figure in our current Brooklin operation, you'll oversee Parts, Service, and Equipment departments. Your responsibilities will involve building a motivated team and collaborating with various departments, including Marketing and Facilities. You'll also engage in proactive customer relationship management, ensuring superior service that aligns with Toromont’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety compliance in all operations
• Establish recruiting requirements for a new team
• Collaborate with Facilities on operational setups
• Partner with Marketing for local promotions
• Set and track yearly branch objectives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership roles in heavy equipment
• Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer relations
• Valid Driver's License and clean abstract
