Reporting to the Director, you will leverage your experience in stakeholder management and operational excellence to advance customer-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy development and execution for capital projects
• Establish project delivery processes and performance metrics




• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage stakeholder relations
• Drive compliance with environmental health and safety standards
• Optimize safety and reliability across project management systems

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• Ten years leading capital projects and utilities
• Seven years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and contracting practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
