We are hiring a Universal Caregiver/Medication Tech for our 3rd shift team. This role requires assisting with daily living activities, administering medications per care plans, and maintaining a comforting workplace for our residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and transfers
• Administer medications according to state guidelines
• Perform light housekeeping duties for residents
• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders
• Respond calmly to residents’ needs during the shift

Requirements:
• CNA or AL Medication Tech certification is a plus
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred
• Strong communication skills and team orientation required
• Reliable attendance and genuine passion for elder care
• Ability to work independently at night
